Identity in Computing Lab
Both computing departments and tech organizations have long struggled with issues related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
The Identity in Computing Lab is dedicated to studying the impact of identity on computing, from classroom/industry environments
to the technologies that are developed (and the identities these technologies ultimately impact in adverse ways). This work blends social science
with computer science to identify strategies for making computing more equitable and inclusive.
